May 16th Ultimate Northeast Event At Mercer Canceled

Pittsburgh, PA - The Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series and Michael's Mercer Raceway in Mercer, Pa., have been forced to cancel an event previously scheduled for May 16th due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Government restrictions in the state of Pennsylvania have not allowed for opening of racetracks at this time. The event will not be rescheduled.

To this date the Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series have not been able to open their 2020 season, but the previous three shows at Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Md., Greater Cumberland Raceway in Cumberland, Md., and Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, W.Va., are currently postponed and not canceled. When racing is able to resume in these areas series officials and track officials will begin to see if there is a possible rescheduling dates. available to complete these events.
